do a search for Picasse. Choose the "Crossover" thread and you'll see both Charlie's and my versions of the Picasse. Mine I tied as a copy of the fly from I got from Marc, Charlie believes his version is an earlier version also tied by Marc. It'a a wonderful fly.

This is the pattern I have for the Picasse. As Bill stated the one he got from Mark is different. Mark is not a static tier. His flies seem to evolve depending on needs and materials. If you do a search on "Picasse" also as Bill stated, you will find a few threads that have great info on the fly.
Body – V-rib or any similar body material. Either black or clear over black thread.
Wing – Black over yellow bucktail.
Hackle – Blue Eared Pheasant
Sides – Lady Amherst Pheasant and Jungle cock.
If you haven't searched the "crossover" thread and seen photos of both versions, here are the materials in the version I use (Marc's current version):
Materials are: black vinyl v rib (proportionally a bit heavier than Charlie's), I've now been using yellow arctic fox and black kid goat as the hair, a few strands of black krystal flash, black or very dark gray spey hackle (your choice of color and origin), one turn of silver pheasant hackle as a collar, plus jungle cock.
