I was once taught in a business class that "believability" increases in scale from "the experts said" to "we said" to "I said". All perspectives are useful, but here's a site that presumably leverages the "we said" principle on the web. Ultimately, it's a means to sell the product (surprise, surprise!). It's a neat resource just the same...

I's like to think another great thing about internet communities like this FORUM is that the information we share here is of the "I said" caliber. Our mission is to put the stuff in your hands so you can make a decision firsthand.

The best strategy is to use all available information to your advantage when making a buying decision: the advice of the experts, the concensus of the layman, and most importantly - what you know to be true.

To clarify that cryptic message


epinion offers good feedback about products with less jading from business interests than straight Ads. It's a good additional source of information on products, but not as good as what people here would say to each other in a community like the forum.
