For the Canadian Maritimes over the next several days... I hope this translates to easier conditions for the fish, more fish pushing in, and fair-weather anglers staying in the lodge! :D

It has been raining hard here on the Gaspe; was on the Cascapedia yesterday, and river levels are up over three feet on the branches and main stem. Visibility extremely poor as of 5:00 p.m yesterday.

The Bonaventure today is up 12 inches or so; water temperature at 48 degrees F. this morning on the D Sector with visibility of 40-45 feet (down from usual 80 plus feet).

Those arriving for next weeks fishing should be in for some good fishing or at least superb water levels.
