Well the wind was down for a couple of days and that was good enough to see a fair number of Tarpon and a few Permit. But for the most part it was too overcast and windy to get a good look a at the fish.
I did manage to hook up with a great Tarpon of 75# and got * big "Jumps" out of her and several 200 + yard runs. Very cool, wish it could have been more but Greed usually doesn't work out for me!:smokin:
The last 2 days was pouring rain and windy too. I am back home and now will be Spey Casting on the Hoh and Bogachiel getting ready for the Dean River in a couple of weeks a mixed fishery for King Salmon and Steelhead.
Thanks for taking the time to post a report. Glad you had a few days of cooperative weather and found some fish!
Sounds like the next few months should be fun too.
