The President was Fisher's top of the line. However the company has been out of business for at least 5 years, and so no repairs/replacements are possible. The President may not have been made since J. Fisher sold the company (in bankruptcy) over 10 years ago.
All of the Fisher rods were soft or limber by today's standards. Getting anything for it would require finding someone who knew the rods and liked soft rods. Unfortunately they are not old enough to be collector's pieces. Without a warranty or chance of repairs, you would probably be lucky to get $100 for it.
I would fish with it until it broke, then throw it away.
