The white fly was tyed by Harry Koons of Nauset Anglers at the Marlboro Show.. the one below is mine. This fly was the next fly after the grizzly clouser, I used for years. In fact when I first meet Juro years ago at the Cut I showed him a box full of these flies all in Chartruese. At times this was the only fly I used and caught my biggest striper at 45 inches on it. My second go to fly if the Deep sand eel falls off.
Great job on the photography and flytying. A suggestion. Since this seems to be the year of the flatwing, why not tie the Rat Ass flatwing style? Could be an even better fly. FishHawk:smokin:
I already did... see my previous posts.. I did one about 10 inches long specifically raising the flat wing popularity.
