sand shrimp patterns??

do any of you have some killer sand shrimp patterns, tube or otherwise, that you would like to share a pic and recipe???thanks.

For clarification (from someone who fishes both sides) the sand shrimp of west coast steelheading fame is a pink and mustard soft-shelled crustacean with crayfish-like features and a distinct anise-like smell growing to 5-6 inches in length with most being 2-3 inches:



You can buy them at any gas station or convenience store along steelhead / salmon rivers in the northwest by the tub like nightcrawlers.

The sand shrimp we see on the eastern seaboard is more commonly referred to as grass shrimp but is also called sand shrimp. They are small see-thru organisms rarely 1" long:



The flies these two shrimps inspire are radically different as can be seen by the images above.
