That's a relief Bob. I have noticed some slow times, but then switched to NetZero (the free ISP) from CompuServe to see if there was a difference. BIG difference - the NetZero stuff was fast, Compuserve s-l-o-w.
In any case, Customer Service followed up on my phone call with an offer to do a packet trace analysis for me. That's good service! I couldn't even get the other guys to reply, and they don't even do email - only the service request form on their members page.
Just looked on the service page. If you have continued slow response, send me the ISP IP# and they will do a trace route for us.
Also, there are hooks to all kinds of goodies that I will plug in over time. FlyTalk will include chat, free-for-all link page which allows anybody to put their favorite links up on it. That's just the start, I am on a pretty feature-rich eCommerce package in case we want to do a volume discount buying thing later.
