MT, there are similar formations (sandbanks ) between the Southwest tip of Exuma (Sandy Cay area) and Long Island which get exposed at low tide. This is prime permit country with a healthy helping of Barracuda and large jacks. Sandy Cay once had a great head of bonefish too until lobster fishermen from another island came in and netted the schools out for bait.
