Good story. I was in Hamilton 3 different weeks in 1999 for business. I never had a chance to fish due to my insane busy schedule. Probably was in the same tackle shop you were in Hamilton. One bonefish guide on the island, think I still have his card. They said they had big bones there but not as many fish as in the caribbean. Most fishing theres appears to be blue water for marlin, wahoo, tuna etc...

I took some jogs back on some roads out of hamilton found some nice tidal pools which when the tides were coming in had a lot of exotic fish in them. Wish I had my fly rod with me at those times !!

Our company still has large operation there right next to the Princess Hotel in Hamilton. Gotta back there some time for sure.

Thanks for bringing back the Bermuda memories.
