Welcome, and I have to say that I'm envious of anyone who can fish the Florida salt year round. Although without these New England winters I'd probably not appreciate the warmth as much. I reside in Portland, CT which is almost the geographic center of the state. There's a lot to fish for around here, including trout and broodstock salmon, warmwater bass and pike, and the coast where the stripers, blues, shad, and weakfish come through.
And when I fish these waters, the fish are scared. Not because of my ability, but because of my long shadow that's cast across the water.
