Apache Trout

I was reading in a nature magazine today (wildlife) that the apache trout is slated to come off of the endangered list in 2002.
It is Arizona's state fish and only found amidst the rivers and streams of the White Mountains in Arizona.
The apache trout now has a strong-hold on a whopping 150 miles of streams, almost 70% more than a decade ago.
Hats off to the good people of Arizona for saving this wonderful fish.
