I will tie mine which I will copy from here but will tie them all with clouser eyes.....Before Abrames feather we were using thin saddles to tie sand eels. Benson did it with grizzly hackles. They were ribbed but effective and thin. Another tier here back in 2003 when the rage of flatwings was out tied a number of them. I even did a few featherbrain flies but used several stands instead of one or two...here is a picture of one by a member named Boarmountain who was once active in tying here for a year or two.
