Taking a broader year-range average - typically Woods Hole to Hardings has great hardtails in September, I like Rhody better in October for them or August on their way up. Who knows what this year will bring, no sense in guessing best to observe and react.

Chatham means the refuge, outer beaches, Chatham Inlet, 15 minute bayside access and soundside action e.g. the elbow's many sides. I'll definitely report on the situation from a resident's perspective as the fall approaches.
