Difficult to add much to this thread, but I'm one of the old farts that has gone thru a lot of waders over the years, and have concluded that with exteneded usage, they all fail. I'm in waders about six months a year, almost daily, and have over time migrated to the company with the benchmark wader that has good or excellent customer service. That company is Simms. After six months of wear, I've got pin holes or neoprene booties that leak. They take care of it under warranty, or for a nominal fee. They've got to know me by name. Having said that, I have a backup pair when the primary ones leak.
My good Canadian friends really like Bare products, and they are one of the few companies that will make a tailor-made wader per your specs.
