Extreme customer service...

Last month I received a replacement pair of Simms G3 waders. I put them on a storage rack in the garage. A few days later on a sunny, seasonably warm day I went steelhead fishing. I took the waders out of the box, but noticed some seed/debris in the box. Looked suspect, but it didn't register. Put the waders on at streamside, waded in and immediately felt a surge of coldwater on my left foot. Looked down and there was a round hole about one-inch in diameterin the lower leg. I realized then that a mouse had decided to takeup residence in my waders. The box the waders were shipped in has a small, round hole for ventilation.

When I returned home, I sent an email to Simms outlining the issue and their recommendation. Within 20 minutes they called me, told me to ship the waders back and they would repair them.

Just got them back, repaired and guaranteed under their warranty. Thank you Simms.
