Force Fins main claim to fame was that you could walk forward in them. This was seen as an advantage back in the days of do-nut tubes when you put the fins on first, stepped into the tube, and then got in the water.
With U-tubes you can get in the water, sit in your tube and put your fins on. So other than being a little easier to kick, I don't see any advantage. Easier to kick means less effecient.
Build up your legs. Eat a banana for the potasium so you won't get leg cramps. Don't let yourself become dehydraited. Another thing leading to leg cramps. Get some scuba fins that float.
