Not so fast. Cabelas will take those boots back, frozen zipper and all, and give you store credit to buy another pair. No problem. You don't even need to replace them with the same pair. They'll take anything back that's broken, especially if their name is on it. I just wrote a review of the Bite Footwear Flats Boot and I really liked them. Cabelas just happens to carry that boot.

Yup, great point Tom! I"d take advantage of their excellent customer service Jim and get the boots replaced. It should just cost you shipping.
