Hi Pete,

I was in LR last year and had lots of success with an epoxyheaded minnow with olive and white polar fibre for wings. My friend, Peter, who tagged along has visited the islands 4 times now and swears to this fly. Check the pic on http://www.scandicangler.com/?t=5||&...42461f547d0ac3 where you'll be able to find more pics from LR (it's in Danish though).

When we were there in february the wind was up and the water was pretty murky. I had at least the same amount of succes with brown Clousers size 4-8 as any of the other guys using the polar minnow. Heck, even bonefish are just fish with a brain the size of a pea and any super imitation will still have a hook jutting out from its belly, so ...
