The Improved Clinch is the way to go, especially with fine tippet. The extra little turn back through your loop makes a BIG difference in holding the knot.

There's actually one use for swivels in flyfishing that I know of. I have these little tiny spinner flies that you use tiny little swivels with so your line doesn't twist. It becomes an unholy mess if you don't.
