Redington Customer Service - waders
Just another happy customer.
Bought the breathable waders 3 years ago, after one very abusive season they started to leak - not a surprise. Replaced with the updated version no questions asked.
About a month ago, the 2nd pair developed a leak between the neoprene feet & the vinyl. They told me to do whatever I need to fix it and send them back when I got a chance.
Just received the new pair last night - an updated version. The turn around time was less than a week.
Very impressive. They will now be my first consideration for new gear.
