I just had a tendon reattached in my lefty thumb ( soccer injury). I have lost the whole fall trout season here. But I know that we'll get them in the spring.

I've had good results with Cockroach flies tied keys style way back on the hook shank. I also have had good results using super braids for tippets when blues are in a shredding mood.
