Up here in Manitoba the Carp are listed as a game fish species and are therefore only available to anglers during the regular season. It depends where you are fishing and what the regulations are.

Nope nothing on the fly but a bit of fur and some bead chain eyes. This was a first for me. Most of the time I take Cats on a streamer.
