Meis , dont think i will bring a dapping rod ,the reel and the line will come along with some loch ordies sedgehogs, golden olive bumbles et all ,.as I am sure we can find a suitable rod .

One or two encouraging noises coming from Ireland, too, I think.

Certainly Currane is looking good ,they have had their largest fish for some ten years at 24lbs and some boats coming in with two fish ,first seatrout are in as well with the first specimen fish...

Cod farming

The salmon farmers going over to cod might well just change the species that polluting ,there will still be masses of fecal matter below the cages ,still huge amounts of fish food going to feed them...

nothing ever remains the same .
silk cuts have evolved a litttle over the years a touch of ribbing to make them last a couple more fish ,and the squirrel under wing to make the wing more pronounced...
