WDFW report had some info on some OP systems. Take the Queets for example, not sure how a stock can be considered "healthy" when early...

i beleive that allowing any intentional kill of wild steelies is a compromise to the integrity of my personal sporting ethic.
I would choose not to kill a single fish, even if guarranteed healthy...
