The Bow River in Calgary Alberta Canada...20" + Browns and Rainbows every day are reported summer, winter, spring or fall.
The largest so far that I've seen come out of this river was a 27" Brown....

Pete is correct, there is definately a need for waders up by Canmore due to the cold water.
An easy access spot is right off of the # 1 highway just east of Canmore. The fish are not extremly large...
