the NOA theory...is it really the answer?

Having had a look at this theory before and again now....I can't help but notice a lack of correlation between what happen with the NAO and the salmon returns for 2007, 2008, and 2009 both here in NL...

I know little about what size rivers or conditions you are tackling atlantic with dries in but here's a few thoughts...

Unless you are a casting champion in regards to shooting dries,...
