Ralph's Hackled Epoxy Bonefish Fly

Location's are the Keys, Yucatan, Christmas Island and the Caribbean..... Hook- 2, 4, or 6....... Thread- White..... Eyes- Medium Bead chain...... Tail- Tan Marabou, tied short and full... Body- Wind white yarn, saturated with cement and form body as shown.. sort of triangular egg shape..... Then cover with pearl braid and flatten body horizontally ,darken top..... Hackle- grizzly saddle...... Coating- Coat body with cement (It calls for zap-a-gap but I don't use or need that), palmer hackle forward and trim on bottom (fly rides hook up) and coat entire fly with Epoxy... carefully, not ton's of it.....
