What to do while you are waiting for the sheetrock to be hung.....
 
My kitchen project has been keeping my pre-season tying time to a minimum but I had a little downtime this weekend...

This is a basic slabside style fly with RLS proportioned hackles (but not tied flatwing style).

Looks good in both black or white (Steve Moores' "White Death")

In white it's an excellent early season fly along Cotuit/Poppy. I'm assuming that the black will prove to be a good go-to pattern at night along the backside beaches...
