Windram's Sand Eels

These are an assortment of Chris Windram sand eels all with rabbit fur strip. You have to remember to tie on some bucktail along the shank before the strip goes on to give the tail some stability.

Very Nice!

I like the Color Assortment!

I love the Windram Sand Eels.

The Deep Sparkling (Clouser style) has accounted for some great fish up here in the NH/ME sand-bottomed estuaries -- taking fish when everything else failed.

I like to bounce them off the bottom so I usually lose hairs at the E-Z Body/bucktail junction. If they stay off the bottom they last for many outings.

Haven't tried the rabbit strip types but they look good.

For durability try using epoxy instead of the E-Z Body.
