Out surfing the net tonight ran across the article in the URL below.
Great research paper on history of catch and release fishing
in fresh and marine waters.

Click on the briefing papers section.

Zane Grey, Roderick Haig Brown, Charles Waterman are quoted.

Need more waters to be designated catch and release other wise we are headed for trouble. I bet most states have less than 1% of their waters (lake and rivers) catch and release fishing. Is there any catch and release regs for any marine (salt water) fish now ?
