Getting waders that fit?

I've suffered for years in waders that do not fit. My problem is that I have a short inseam with stout legs. This leads to buying waders with legs that are too long, stocking feet that are too big and legs that are tight in the calf area.
Does anyone have any suggestions for stocking foot breathable waders that might fit?

...custom fit...

John...Some time ago I saw that LL Bean could provide a "custom fit/made to order" goretex wader. There was a number listed in the back of their FlyFishing catalog (that I can't find) and the item, while costly, solved the problem with a quality product backed up by a great company.
Cheers!

Thanks Pete, I agree with you about Beans service & quality. The only problem is the response I'll get from my wife when she finds out the price of a pair of custom waders. If I have to I'll go for it and endure the response.
