Best Trout Flyline Nowadays?

Being the saltwater / steelhead / salmon type, I haven't used the 5wt for more than yard casting in a while. Most of the time an 8wt is a lightweight setup, but I'm going to do some trout fishing before/after work this year.

My line is about 15 years old and in bad shape - what are you steady trout anglers finding to be the latest / greatest 5wt line for trout nowadays?

thanks in advance

Rio Perception sounds solid. Simon says... then again Tim Rajeff is dialed in too. SA, although I heard Bruce Richards retired, has some great lines. And the Wulff triangle taper has been a perennial winner. Not to mention... you can see why it's easy to be indecisive and the lines are pushing up toward the century mark ($80+)

It all depends on what type of flyfishing you want to do and what performs well with your rod. I do a lot of nymphing and dry fly and I found that RIO lines have the best all around performance. I've been using the RIO Gold and Indicator lines. I tried some of the SA lines that were ok. I also have heard good things about the Wulff triangle taper.
