Wader Zipper (fly)?

OK what's the bottom line on wader zippers? I see more of them in use.

Thumbs up? Thumbs down?

Very useful for old men but always remind them to pull the zipper up before starting to fish again!

I have to say that I'm more interested in waders that don't leak than ones that allow leaking.

the only thing I've heard from a friend, is that the zipper on the Simms doesn't stop low enough.
