Atlantic Salmon Fly of the week Influence

Richard Lauzon is the inventor of this popular Canadian salmon fly. He is a guide from Pincourt, Quebec and a world champion fly tier. The fly fishes best in the morning or evening and has proved itself through out Quebec.

Hook: Up eye salmon hook
Tag: Oval gold tinsel and red floss
Tail: Golden Pheasant crest
Rib: Oval gold tinsel
Body: Black floss
Wing: Bright green polar bear
Collar: Yellow hackle
Head: Black

Beautiful tie as usual, Charlie. Why did you use 4 turns of ribbing rather than 5?
