Okuma SLV Comparison

Does anybody know of a reel that is comparable to the okuma SLV in terms of price, dependability, durability, and drag. I have the SLV on my 7 wt that I use mainly for silver and red salmon an some of the huge Alaska rainbows and dollies. Where I live in Alaska the rugged terrain tends to take it's toll on tackle and the occasional dunking in the water and silty mud is inevitable. I know that some of the higher end reels are very delicate and are meant to be pampered. I am looking for a reel to put on my 5wt scott A2 that I will mainly use for still water trout and grayling. Would it be wise to stick with the SLV if I plan to be hard on my gear or is something else out there that will hold up under these conditions that won't break my bank account.
Thanks in advance
