Yoga and the Chrome
Do any of you stretch out before you head out to the river? I like to do a total yoga session before fishing with the spey rod because it losens up some of the muscles that alow me to have a more natural body rotation while making alot of the casts. I also feel that with stretching and using yoga your bones and muscles are less likley to strain on a hard river cross or when wading on loose gravel bottoms. Anyone have any similar techniques I would love to hear them.
Sounds like a very sound idea to me!
I always stretch before and after working out in the gym but would never have thought about doing so before putting in a solid 8 hours on the water.
I will be doing so in future.:smokin:
