Echo Rods

Does anyone out there have any experience with Echo rods? I'm looking more specifically at the 10' 6wt. 4 piece. Any opinions or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Echo rods are a very good value for the money; but this doesn't mean they are the equal of top line rods like T&T, Sage, Loomis, Meiser, Winston, etc. Most of their single-handers have a moderate actions (or in more common terminology, tip-to-middle flex). Tim Rajeff (the brother of fly casting champ Steve Rajeff, is the designer of them).

There was a review/comparison of the Echo recently on the globalflyfisher site.. not sure which model though.
