This one is from Armand Courchaine through the Fisherman mag. Basic deceiver tail with an olive marabou wing and a white marabou throat. The cheeks give it the wide profile by using white turkey flats to which the eyes are affixed. I've tied them using just white bucktail with lots of pearl flashabou over instead of the hackle tail. They are a great imitation for a juvie pogy and seem to hold up well. ronl

Bob -

This is the one I use, especially when the juveniles are around like last year... <!--http--><a href="http://216.71.206.188/cgi-bin/UltraBoard/UltraBoard.pl?Action=ShowPost&Board=coastal_fly&Po st=4" target="_blank"> juvie </a><!--url-->

It worked very well last year, accountable for several keepers from shore.

I also tie Page's bigeye baitfish, or a variation thereof.
