As I missed the first South Tip Rip Trip, what part (or parts) of the tide is the Rip likely to be productive. I.E., where in the tide was it when you guys hit that blitz? GregO.
Middle of the outgoing was when it really heated up. That will be about 1 PM on Sat. Incoming saw spurts and fits of action; the fish were high in the water column. That said, it could be a whole different ball game this time out and we should stay fluid and adapt as events unfold....getting juiced just thinking about it!!
I think the action will be species specific, in other words temps are a big part of it. We saw blues on top on the flood, and the bass were thick in the rip on the ebb. I am guessing tunoids on the ebb on the 26th outing... but who knows!
