How does this compare to the number of Striped Bass at the lowest before the ban on fishing for them was brought in?
Unfortunately enforcing such a thing worldwide would be nigh on impossible I suspect
There's no comparison with striper numbers. Bluefin are much more rare, though they are spread out worldwide. Stripers also reproduce a lot earlier in life, which helps sustain the population.
