Except that mine used one of those little fin-s's- in both weighted and unweighted versions .

"Sully's Slugugly Eel"

After a huge success spin fishing with plastics for the first time last year I would like to introduce the "Slugugly Eel". I used a Gamakatsu Sp11-3L3H #2 with 5/32 dumbell eyes and a 3" sluggo. Very easy and basic. And it weighs no more than a regular clouser. BLASPHEMY! Yeah Baby!
