Brule River

The Brule River in Wisconsin would be an easy drive from Duluth. The Brule lies within a WI State Park which has camping and it is one of the nations premier trout/salmon/steelhead streams.

Great Lake Trout Streams?

Hello folks - I don't usually write in this section but I have a friend who is thinking about spending a couple days in the Duluth (sp?) area. He is wanting to trout fish somewhere he can also camp or camp in the general area. Are there any good trout rivers, brooks or streams for him to go to in the Great Lakes, Duluth area? Thanks for any information.
