Greetings from an Ex-Jersey Boy...

... well, technically, you can never really be an "ex" Jersey Boy; grew up in Marlton, now live in the Bronx, but have family down in SJ still, so I fish LBI fairly regularly. I hope to hit many of the local rivers in the upcoming years, inclusing those you mentioned. Maybe we'll meet on the water one day. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome John!

With that broad range of 'pursuits' you've got a lot of very good company on the Board.

Hi from NJ

HI guys, This is a great site I been lurking for a while. living in NJ puts me about 2 hours from the catskill mountains , In the spring and summer you can find me on the Beaver Kill or Delaware River watershed fishing for Browns and rainbows. I am also close to the jersey shore where I spend Sept-Nov looking for bait balls, stripers and blues. I recently got into spey rods and swinging flies for chrome in the Lake Erie tribs.I have yet to catch a steelie but Sunday I leave for 5 days of fishing and hopefully my luck will change.
