Here's a jig

This one is tied with straight artic fox. I didn't palmer it on, I just cinch it similar to stacking deer hair and flairs out like this.

Love artic fox!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I use jigs alot. I don't use marabou. I prefer to use artic fox tail. I can tie it so it stacks up and make a good profile. Alot sturdier then marabou and doesn't brake down as easily. I've used it on my popsicle flies with alot of success.
Here's a picture of one of my chum flies (a retrofited popsicle) made with artic fox.

John Desjardins Nice fly, If you put an eye on the back of the tube you'd have a squid.

Intruder Worm

The latest installment

I feel this is a better melding of marabou and Intruder style. I am going to try some Arctic Fox in lieu of the marabou - as Ed does, but 2 turns of marabou in front of the pheasant still gives the depth and translucency I'm looking for.
