Steelhead in the muck

Well, it's been raining for a couple days now, so i'm taking off work to go hunt for some steel.

With all the rain we've been getting, i'm guessing the river is the color of chocolate milk. When the river is high and dirty, what type and size of flies do you have more success with? My strategy has always been low and slow, but i'd like to try something different, maybe change my luck!

Neil
