JimW Fred, I cannot offer any advise on the SOT but that new Pungo looks prime. I do know that a primo paddle auction is coming in the near future.

FredA Joe,
It's gonna be the Tarpon 16 or Pungo 140 I think. While I like my Pungo it's a bit tight for me at 6'5". Don't know if a spray skirt will work without an extreme "happy to see you" profile (knees). Saw your review thread on the Tarpon 12 over at SOL. Some good info.

This forum needs a little chatter.

Was at the Hyannis EMS xmas shopping a couple of weeks ago and saw one of the new Pungos hangin from the rafters. New line is available in 10, 12 and 14 ft. Said to my wife that I need to trade my Pungo for one of the new 14 footers. Would fit me much better. To my surprise she says we need another kayak so why trade. I contained myself and the wheels started turning. Do I get the new Pungo or add a sit on top option to the fleet?
