craig, fish coming in on a regular basis. seems to be slowing a bit. with ideal weather conditions, there should be a couple more good pushes of fish. plenty of fish throughout the system. time to get ready for steelhead season and say bye to the salmon crew. you can get daily reports from www.douglastonsalmonrun.com
regards.

They would if they could.

Craig

I was up their a week or so ago and it was my understanding that there simply is not any "extra" water to release. I over heard a few different locals speaking about possibly dropping the level even further if the dry conditions persisted. I believe the river was around 165-185 cfs when I was up there and from the few reports that I have heard it has been dropped even lower!

Thanks Sleepy

Any word on when they are going to increase the water flow?

sleepy weasel The fishing is starting to improve with more fish comming in. More water would be nice though. Low water plus tons of fishing pressure = many spooked and uncooperative fish.
