John Desjardins Boy I figured that the thread I was thinking about would be easy to find . It wasn't. Here is the link

John Desjardins If our thinking of doing just a couple there was a thread on the striper board about using markers to dye feathers for flatwings about 2 months ago. A search should bring it up.

Dying hackles???

Anyone know of any good dyes to use. I am running low on the yellow feathers that came in my kit (from two years ago:hehe: )

Thinking of taking a few of my grizzly hackles and dying them a bright yellow. Maybe the grizzly pattern will look nice in yellow... then again, I have some others that will make a much cleaner color too if that doesn't work.

Any suggestions on how to / what to use?
