Damn dams

The dam at Bonner Mt. on the Clark Fork was removed about three years ago. Fish are fatter. Fatter fish feed more frequently in frenzies for floating flies.

Elwha Dam.....

Thought I would update those of you who might not be aware that the Elwha River is without Dams!
The contractor has blown Glines Canyon Dam (the upper one) all the way to riverbed bedrock. At this time there is a large rubble pile of blasted material the size of garbage cans and mini Coopers blocking passage but they will be removing those in the next few weeks.
